From The President's Desk:

Dear Members,

At the outset I take this opportunity to thank all our members selecting me as President of this prestigious Associaiton for the tenure 2021-2023. I am proud to note that we have a very dynamic team of executive committee members elected to our association who took charge during the month of Sept 2021. The first task and initiative taken by our association was to maintain close relationship with the concerned Govt agencies and other stake holders, so that we represent suitably to overcome the challenges faced by our trade. We feel that the customs brokers, act as a bridge between customs and importer/exporters and play a major role in trade facilitation and growth of our Country's economy.

I would also take a special note about the support extended by Chennai customs on various issues and escalations made by our association to improve the facilities to the trade under ease of doing business.

We have several challenges and tasks in coming days to resolve in our fraternity and I am so confident that with the support of my entire team, I will be able to accomplish these challenges in a smooth manner.

It is our dream that our Association should grow bigger and stronger with the support of our members for hassle free business atmosphere in our fraternity. We all share our love and enthusiasm for our profession and this exciting field. Every year we face new challenges in the process of our customs clearance with new changes adopted by the Government under ease of doing business. I am looking forward to hearing from all our members, your comments, ideas and thoughts which are important to us. I wish to every one of us to having a good health and also create a good business atmosphere. Let us unite to complete task and fulfill all our future accomplishments.

My elevation from Secretary to President not only does it give me an opportunity to serve our fraternity, but also fulfils the dream and vision of my fellow members while providing an opportunity to connect with you through this newsletter. I would take this moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude towards the all members of CCB association for instilling their faith in me and solicit their support to move ahead in high spirits with greater enlightenment about our vision, mission and goals.

Our Association has witnessed quite glorious moments in the past years, both in terms of enhanced opportunities as well as its brand positioning.

It's time for Celebration. Our prestigious Association has crossed 60 years of service to our members. It's time to celebrate this occasion by felicitating our predecessors,
